Analysis of Divergence and Convergence letters.

Analysis of Divergence and Convergence letters:
Throughout both my Convergence and Divergence one technique that i used are noun phrases. For example 'significant improvement' and 'appaling behaviour'. This technique is effective as it gives some more depth to points i am trying to put across to the students parents/carers and it also adds emphasis on what i am informing them of.
Another technique that i used within both of my letter is direct address such as 'you'. Direct address is effective as it is specifically directed to them and makes it more clearer and more understandable to who i am directing my letters to.
